DRY GANGRENE POSSIBLY DIABETIC FOOT. ASSOCIATED OEDEMA OF FOOT MAY BE DUE TO DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY. ANOTHER POSSIBILITY IS DRY GANGRENE DUE TO ARTERIAL BLOCKADE BY THROMBOEMBOLISM.
