Anonymous said...: Upper respiratory tract infection caused by gram+ streptococus heamoliticus lancefeild group A which caused rheumatic fever (a multi systemic immune mediated non seperative inflamation)that attacked the joints ie Arthritis and another expression of the disease being rheumatic erythema maginatum.

Anonymous said...: Shoenlin Henoch Purpura is a small vessels vasculitis so it is more common to find non palpable purpura in extremities,it does not look like eritema marginatum....
