A 39 years old female with a history of recurrent attacks of bronchial asthma and hypertension came to the emergency room suffering from purpuric rupture on skin with raised edges, investigations revealed proteinuria, hematuria and eosinophilia.

What is your provisional diagnosis for this case?



Diagnosis: Churg-Strauss Syndrome
