A 19 years old female came to the emergency room suffering from anorexia with loss of weight and amenorrhea , axillary and pubic hair were normal but there was fine hair growth on face.

What is your provisional diagnosis for this case?

probable diagnosis is anorexia nervosa (hypothalamic amenorrhea)
