Cold showers???????
why cold showers?
Maybe because the contrast with environment after hot showers precipitates the infection
echinaecia doesn't work - there's a study documented in the New England Journal of Medicine says it doesn't work, though people say that that may have been too low a dose...

Eat garlic without cooking it!!!!! what !! and why cold showers?

My clinic patients will suffer much from my breath. (>o<")
I experienced a much better feeling AFTER WARM/HOT SHOWER .... BUT NOT COLD SHOWER...
Echanicea has NOT been proved effective. Net results were indifferent, can't believe you're actually advising this on a site for medics.
