The patient is 4 years old child suffering from fever , cough , runny nose and conjunctivitis.
Rash started to appear several days after fever , it started from face before covering most of the body.

This is viral exantema, this diagnosa is Rubeola or measles on eruption. There is 5 differential diagnosis:
1. Scarlet Fever
2. Rubella
3. Mononucleus infectiosa
4. Drug eruption
5. Roseola infantum

it s diffucult coz of at ekzantem subitum rashes begin chest before..but that s case is eritema infeksiyozum parvovirus B19,because rashes begin from face...

MEASLES------PRODROME: LOW-GRADE FEVER WITH COUGH, CORYZA, AND CONJUNCTIVITIS; KOPLIK'S SPOTS( SMALL IRREGULAR RED SPOTS WITH CENTRAL GRAY SPECKS) APPEAR ON THE BUCCAL MUCOSA AFTER 1-2 DAYS.
RASH: AN ERYTHEMATOUS MACULOPAPULAR RASH SPREADS FROM THE HEAD TOWARD THE FEET.

Porque te dice que la fiebre aparicio antes, luego la erupcion... aparece en cara y luego se fue al resto del cuerpo...
ese exantema no es de rubeola!!! a parte no tiene adenopatias...
