Upper respiratory tract infection caused by gram+ streptococus heamoliticus lancefeild group A which caused rheumatic fever (a multi systemic immune mediated non seperative inflamation)that attacked the joints ie Arthritis and another expression of the disease being rheumatic erythema maginatum.
The stomach pains could be from a different origin.

eritema marginatum. it comes from upper respiratory tract infection caused by bacteri of streptococcus.
it causes complication of rheumatic fever, one of its sign is eritema marginatum

red weals on buttocks + arthritis + gastrointestinal symptoms = Henoch-Schonlein purpura.
Respiratory tract infection may be an unrelated symptom to the diag.

eritema marginatum is one of the jones criteria for reumatic fever however i think it is Shoenlin Henoch Purpura

Shoenlin Henoch Purpura is a small vessels vasculitis so it is more common to find non palpable purpura in extremities,it does not look like eritema marginatum....
