I think a history should be written with the X ray to clearify what are we looking for

If you look carefully the natural curvature of cervical vertibrae has lost.that may due to neck stiffness cause by meningitis.

there is no fracture, since the mandible is not fully calcified, and the lateral projection is not adequate.
it is otomastoiditis

it would be good to know the age of the child and some history, but it would seem a ligamentous disorder. Hyperlaxity, maybe!

a history and physical examination findings must be included in order to diagnose the patient. even radiolologists who read the plates need some history and/or chief complaints.
