More details on the history or course of disease is needed.

This is a generalized heperpigmented macular rash.

differential diagnosis can include: measles or rubella, and cafe au lait spots in Neurofibromatosis ( or any phakomatosis).

Varicella Zoster is very unlikely as the lesions are all in the same stage ( not in different stages). the lesions are macular ( compared to papulopustular, and are frequent on the face ( as shown in this photo).
