A 40 years old male presented with purulent nasal discharge, cough, haemoptysis and dyspnea

Examination revealed raised purpuric eruption on lower limb and bilateral nodular infiltrates on chest X-ray

Blood pressure: 170/100
Temp: 37.8 C
ESR: 110/hr
Increased creatinine level
Proteinuria
Hematuria
