Short Medical Case Study "18"



A 20 years old female admitted to fever hospital with high fever, arthralgia, and marked fatigue last week.

On examination: Temperature was 40 C
Sever pallor
Multiple oral ulcers
Arthritis of both wrists and left knee





Investigations revealed that: Hb: 6 g/dl
WBC: 2200/mm
Plt: 75000/mcl
ESR: 70mm/h
Coombs test: Positive
Proteinuria and hematuria

What is your provisional diagnosis for this case?
